As we supply made to measure items only we do not accept returns unless there are defect(s) with the product(s) supplied. The items you order are made bespoke to your measurements and specifications meaning we cannot resell these.

It is important that you unpack the curtains when you receive them as leaving them in packaging can cause heavy creases in the fabric. This will not be considered as a defect on the product.
We suggest that you check your ordered product as soon as you receive them. If you believe that there are any defects then contact us as soon as possible to look into the matter. We may ask you to return the product to us for us to inspect the same. If we agree that there is a defect then we will offer to repair or replace the item(s) or at our discretion, we may offer you a full refund. We will do all that we can to ensure you are happy with the product(s) you order.
Any refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirming your entitlement to a refund.
